Hey,

 I just started back school three days ago and it's already a bit stressful because all of the teachers are talking about the Junior Cert (which is after christmas). I can't wait for my exams to be over! Anyway I wore this outfit last weekend. It includes my new dress from Forever 21, yaayy!

At The Moment I'm..

WATCHING...

Daria. I know this show isn't exactly a very new show but I recently got netflix and found it on there so I began watching it. I really like it! 

 

WANTING...

A pair of Boyfriend Jeans. I bought a pair in river island a couple of months ago but ended up brining them back because they were quite expensive and I bought a top instead. But now I really want a pair because they're something different rather than wearing skinny jeans like I usually do.

Gangs. Gangs is a new Irish band. I recently heard them on a local radio station performing 'Crumbs in the bed' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=diN5LHZsHY4) . I think its a great song and from this song my first impression was that they sounded a little bit like The Smiths, they even look a bit like them too, but that's only my opinion. Also, my next post will probably be on music as I have a lot of songs I like at the moment.

   Right now I am not reading anything because I want to get the book 'Star Girl' by Jerry Spinelli. I saw Carrie Fletcher on YouTube talking about a few of her favourite books in a recent video, and this one was included. Even though I'm not reading anything, the last book I read was called 'Paper Aeroplanes' by Dawn O'Porter. I thought it was such a great book. I read it while I was away in France and I couldn't put it down.

WEARING...

My Army Jacket. This jacket is from Topshop. I got it around November of last year. It's a great jacket and its really warm with the fur in the winter. But for now since its still a bit warm, I have taken out the fur and rolled up the sleeves.

EXCITED FOR...

PARAMORE CONCERT 2013!! I'm going to see Paramore inthe 02 Dublin next monday and I'm so excited! They're one of my favourite bands and I haven't seen them live before so I'm counting down the days, yay!

Outfit Of The Day! & Mini Haul

Yesterday I went back to school to sort out my timetable and things. I didn't really mind going in for an while to sort out that because you're not doing work..but to my surprise we had three classes! English, Irish and Maths..AND.. we got maths homework! Anyway on a more positive note, I went to town today and bought a few things so here's my outfit from yesterday after school and a mini haul from town!

Visit to Avoca | 16th August

Hey!!
 On Friday I visited Avoca at Malahide Castle, Dublin. I went with my cousins, my mam and my nana. Avoca is basically a restaurant/shop. It has clothes, jewelry, food and more! It was my second time there.

Leanne Woodfull's Meet Up - 2013

Hey,
 On Sunday I went to Leanne Woodfull's Meet up in Town outside Central Bank. Around 20 people came and we got pictures with her. Leanne also brought along her Nana and Dad and her friend Sarah who had a really cool bag.I went with Sophie, Tara, Ciara and Grace. I thought Leanne was so nice and quite genuine. She brought us lollipops too.

Dublin Flea Market: Take Two

Hi!

Last weekend I went back to the Flea Market for a second time! It was good and I got two jumpers there. I saw a few books that I liked but I didn't end up getting any! The rain was pouring down outside so my mum didn't want to go outside and then the rain got heavier so we left.  

Later on, on the way home we went to an indoor market at East Wall. This one didn't have as many clothes. It had lots of furniture and a little separate room with cups, glasses and plates.

Tim Walker : A Fashion Photographer

Hello, 

 Recently I've loved Tim Walker's photography. He is an English fashion photographer.  Tim Walker has shot two covers for the British Vogue Magazine. 

He has received awards such as the Isabella bow award for Fashion creator at the British Fashion Awards 2008 and an infinity award for his work as a fashion photographer. I think his ideas are so cool and different. Here is some of his work for Vogue.
