How I've Changed & Be Yourself :)

Hey :)
A while ago people told me that I have changed quite a lot since last year, I didn't really think I had changed but now I realise that I acctually have changed a lot. Last year all I wanted to do was be like everyone else and listen to the same music as everyone else and dress like everyone else. When I was younger, I suppose I was the same. I listened to a lot of Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder when I was younger and then when I was around nine or ten, my cousin who was 14 at the time, listened to Paramore, Mcfly and Green Day and I saw her every weekend so that's what we would listen to. At the moment everyone wears the same things. I see photo's on Facebook of people wearing the EXACT same outfit somewhere but at different times. 

 I think the point where I began to change was when I got my first pair of  Doc Martens or when I went to the Gaeltacht (Irish College). In the gaeltacht, since I saw loads of the same people for 3 weeks, I noticed that everyone seemed the same, girls would borrow clothes for one of the disco's and the next disco you would see her bestfriend wearing the same outfit! I own a lot of clothes that most of my friends probably don't like but I think that it dosen't really matter if they do or not. I think I've started dressing in things that I like rather than what other people like wearing. One thing that I think is important is to wear what you feel comfortable in. Don't try and dress in outrageous things to try and prove that you're trying to be different if you're not comfortable wearing them.

Party & Girls Aloud!

On Friday It was Sophie's Birthday Party! A couple of friends and I went to her house for a chinese and sleepover. It was really fun! But I didn't get much sleep at all.

Rihanna's River Island Collection!

Hey!
This Morning I went to town with my mam. I had to change a pair of jeans and I decided to go and look at Rihanna's new collection in River Island. I honestly didn't find anything in particular that I loved because I didn't really get the chance to have a proper look at everything. From what I looked at most of the clothes were dark colours. There also was a lot of yellow pieces. Hopefully I will go back in soon!

Girls Aloud Concert!

Next Saturday, March 16th, Is my Friend Sophie's birthday! Sophie and I are going to see Girls Aloud that night and I'm really excited! I don't listen to their music anymore but I loved them when I was younger so I'll know a lot of the songs, hopefully! I haven't been to a concert in a while, the last concert I was at was Mcfly,  who are one of my favourite bands! Their Concert was amazing!

Fashion Inspiration!

Hello, again!
So a lot of my fashion inspiration comes from Celebrities, Tumblr & Just people I see when I'm in town. 
There is a girl that I see all over Tumblr all of the time and I could never find her name! But.. A while ago I found it and I'm not sure If this is her full name but  it's 'Lua P'. Every single thing that I've seen on her looks amazing and I love her style. I like the way she wears dark clothes and her bright hair just brings brightness to her outfits. Lua's Hair is possibly the nicest hair I have ever seen. It suits her so much. She wears amazing skirts, I love them all! She also has a great blog! I could post a million photo's of all the outfits that I love on her but here's some of them! :)

I absolutely love the grey coat she is wearing with this outfit, I think it goes so nicely with the rest of the outfit.

I like the skirt in this one and I like the way the white t-shirt looks with the rest of the outfit, It brings a bit of brightness into it.

New Perfume!

Heyy! 
Today I got off school because there was a retreat and I didn't want to go so I spent the past week begging my mam to let me stay off! Luckily I did get to but I didn't do much today. I went to my nana's and then to McDonald's and got a McFlurry, yumm! My mams friend gave me a late Christmas present today. I wasn't expecting it but it was nice to wake up to a present! She bought me perfume. Its called 'Darling' By Kylie Minogue. I don't think It's a new one but it smells quite nice. I am terrible at explaining things especially perfumes so I'm not even going to try and explain the scent!
